Stress/Pressure/Tension/Burden「壓力」大不同
1. 基本文法說明
Stress指的是一種「緊張的情緒或狀態」，它是一種無形的壓力，讓人不能輕鬆自在。而pressure泛指外在的壓力，它可以是無形的壓力，如人情壓力、同儕壓力，也可以是具體的壓力，如物理上的氣壓，水壓等。
Tension是來自形同詞tense。而tense的原義是「拉緊的、緊繃的」。Tension即承接了上述的意思，它表達的是一種「不安的、蓄勢待發的緊張」，或指「緊繃的氛圍」。
Burden原是指「負擔」的意思，引申做「負擔」之意。確切地說，它指的是一種很難處理的責任，如壓在肩頭上的重負。

解說:
Suffer from是「遭受…的痛苦」的意思。令一個人因是感到痛苦的應是「心理上的壓力」stress，它本身就有令人不舒服的意思，而pressure是泛指一般「外在的壓力」，不過外在的壓力不一定會達到令人痛苦的地步。

解說:
